The Hon. DC Donohue of Greencastle dropped dead at his home at 6 p.m. Saturday just as he was going to the supper table.  He was 84 years of age and came toPutnam County from Montgomery County, Kentucky 57 years ago.  He was the oldest attorney in the city and was prominent in public affairs for a number of years.  He was a delegate to the convention which nominated Lincoln in 1860 and was a soldier in the 10th Indiana regiment, serving three months. He was in the South much during the war as an agent for the government.  Mr. Donohue was minister in Hayti (sic) and a member of the legislature in 1892.  A widow, one son and five daughters survive him. - kbz
